Tyronne Ebuehi’s reputation was enhanced during the World Cup, although ironically, it was through his being overlooked for Nigeria’s final group game against Argentina—with Brian Idowu preferred—that Super Eagles fans appreciated—en masse—the wideman’s qualities. Benfica like what they see too, and have recruited the right-sider from ADO Den Haag. It’s a major move for the West African, and while he has the talent to make his mark, he’ll need to work hard in order to forge a place for himself at the Lisbon giants.
